All orders are dispatched no later than the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the following business day.
Shipping
For orders delivered within Canada:
- Complimentary shipping is automatically applied on orders over $85 CAD.
- A flat shipping rate of 9.00 CAD applies on orders below $85 CAD.
For orders delivered within the United States:
- Complimentary shipping is automatically applied on orders over $85 USD.
- A flat shipping rate of 10.00 USD applies on orders below $85 USD.
Shipping rates and applicable thresholds are calculated automatically at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped with duties and taxes paid.
No additional customs fees, duties, or import charges are due upon delivery, including for shipments to the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and included in your shipping confirmation.
